Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Manager for a 6 month contract (with the option to extend further) in Kirkland, WA. This role is immediately available and will be responsible for:
- Redlining CDs from start to finish
- BOM creation
- Price review/PO creation
- Site walks
- Reviewing COPs
- Negotiation with GCs and managing GCs
- Managing site construction
- Producing status reports
- Answering any/all construction related questions
- Coordinating with RF Engineering, Site Acquisition Teams, FE personnel, Power personnel, and Management
- Managing all POST related site activities, and learning to/knowing how to use all internal Databases.
- Must have Construction experience.
- Team player
- Excellent time management skills
- Motivated and will strive to find answers on your own as autonomy is a big factor in this role
- Good decision making skills and can be comfortable in fast paced changing environments
- Adaptability is essential with the everyday changes experienced in a launch
- Can wear multiple hats with a sizeable workload
- Ability to budget time in a very efficient manner.
This 6 month contract role is located in Kirkland, WA. This role will be onsite and will pay between $45-$55 per hour.
